JOIN THE TEAM

Inferno is always looking for motivated team members who are passionate about our company, the art of dance and most importantly, playing an important role in the development of young artists! Our company is growing rapidly and we are frequently adding positions to our on-site and in-office staff.

We hire our judges and on-site event staff positions in the fall but accept applications year round.

We hire in-office/salary positions throughout the year as needed.

THE INFERNO STANDARD

Inferno is known for having incredible, diverse, dedicated and engaging team members. One of the first things we often hear from our clients is praise of the staff for their fun and positive energy. For this reason, we take the hiring and training of our team very seriously and maintain high standards for our on-site team members. The hiring process consists of applications, interviews, trainings and tests. Once hired, team members are continuously evaluated and monitored throughout the season.

THE HIRING PROCESS

Application

Please read our Job Descriptions and apply for the position you feel best suited for.

We accept applications year-round and keep all applications on-file until we are ready to conduct interviews.

Interview

If interested in your application, Inferno will reach out to schedule an interview and get to know you better to assess if you are a good fit for the Inferno team.

We conduct interviews and build our team between July-October.

On-Boarding

Inferno will invite you to complete on-boarding paperwork including submission of your season availability.

We on-board team members once they have been reviewed and officially invited to join the team.

Training

All Inferno contractors complete general and position-specific training prior to the season. Certain positions may also require in-person training.

Trainings are conducted between November and January.
