REGISTRATION & FEES
Entries will be accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis and registration will be closed once all time slots are filled.
All registration and payments are due 30 days prior to the first day of competition. A $15/routine late fee will be assessed for all routines added after registration has closed. Registration will NOT be accepted less than two weeks prior to event.
Only studio checks, money orders, or cashier checks are accepted. Credit cards are accepted with a 3.7% additional processing fee. Individual personal checks will NOT be honored.
Payment of entries sent after the deadline date must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check.
All returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee.
Inferno Dance reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason. If the event is not rescheduled, all entry fees will be refunded. *Events cancelled due to natural disasters or disease outbreak will receive a 50% refund of entry fees paid and a 50% credit to be used the following year.
No refunds will be given if the event is held. In the event of an emergency or illness, only studio credits will be issued with proper verification at the discretion of Inferno Dance.
NO CASH REFUNDS will be supplied.
